Hi, Dr. Emily Post here!

I am an exercise physiologist, professor, and fitness coach who believes movement should feel supportive, empowering, and grounded in real science. For more than a decade, I’ve coached individuals of all ages and backgrounds, taught exercise physiology and strength & conditioning in the college classrooms, and led research exploring how exercise supports health, performance, cognition, and confidence.

Whether I’m in the classroom, the lab, or working one-on-one with a client, my approach is always the same: meet people where they are, listen with empathy, and use evidence-based training to help them feel strong, capable, and understood. I blend physiology, behavior change principles, and practical coaching to create programs that fit real lives — not the other way around.

Most importantly, I care deeply about the human behind the physiology! Strength looks different for everyone, and I’m here to help you build yours with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
